PIXI Pilot Terms

PIXI is a market intelligence service for the food and beverage sector in Saudi Arabia. During its pilot it is operated by Mafatiih Alwasl Establishment (مؤسسة مفاتيح الوصل), commercial registration national number 7043304067, Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we"). By requesting an invitation, or by using PIXI as an invited pilot user, you agree to these terms. If you use PIXI for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

1. The pilot

1.1 PIXI is in a pilot phase. Anyone may create a free Read account; paid plans are available by request. Features, data coverage and design will change as we learn from pilot users.

1.2 We may limit or pause new sign-ups, and paid plans are offered at our discretion.

1.3 Free access is provided as is. Paid pilot plans are agreed with you in writing, invoiced in Saudi riyals with VAT, and paid by bank transfer. The approved plan prices are shown on the Pricing page.

2. What PIXI is and is not

2.1 PIXI shows market readings with their source, period and confidence. Illustrative content is labelled.

2.2 PIXI is decision support. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not guarantee any result, including sales, payback or returns. You remain responsible for your decisions.

2.3 Forecasts and scenarios are estimates with ranges. Actual results can differ.

3. Your account

3.1 Keep your sign-in details secure. Each account is for one named person.

3.2 You must be 18 or over and use PIXI for business purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: (a) copy, resell or republish PIXI content beyond your own internal business use; (b) scrape or extract data from PIXI by automated means; (c) attempt to reverse engineer PIXI's methods or access other users' data; (d) use PIXI content to coordinate prices with competitors, or in any other way that breaks Saudi law.

5. Your data and feedback

5.1 You keep the rights to the information you give us about your business. We use it to provide PIXI to you, as described in the Privacy Notice.

5.2 We may use pilot feedback to improve PIXI, without naming you unless you agree.

5.3 We will not show your business data to other users. Any use in market statistics is aggregated and de-identified, and published only when enough sources are combined that no business can be identified.

6. Our content

PIXI, its methods, design and content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party data is shown with its source and used under its own terms.

7. Changes, suspension and ending

7.1 We may change or pause pilot features. If we end the pilot, we will tell you in advance where possible, and you can ask for a copy of the information you gave us.

7.2 You may stop using PIXI at any time. We may suspend access for misuse after notice where reasonable.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions made using PIXI. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for PIXI in the previous 12 months, or SAR 500 if you used PIXI for free.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent Saudi courts decide.
